My delicious brunch! If a diet tastes this good, I’m on it for life!!

This morning I made 2 small galettes, rather than one big one. One I used for brunch, the other is in the fridge to cope with later carb cravings!

Today I made something yummy and it went like this:

  • 2 tbsp oatbran
  • 2 tsp light horlicks
  • 1 fat free vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tsp manuka honey
  • 1 tsp sweetener
  • splash of milk
  • handful of ice

blend. drink. yum. 

the tasiest way to eat oat bran, though it was a bit too high in sugar.
