Week 8 - time is flying
1 small oat bran galette with 2 scrambled eggs and smoked mackerel
1 chocolate oat bran muffin (My recent saviours. Will give you my revised version.)
chicken drumstick and a bit of breast (roast chicken leftovers)
1 pot of low fat cottage cheese
3 chicken thighs in Nandos marinade - yum
Exercise: yeah, I didn’t
VERDICT! Today I was craving… VEG! Never thought I’d see the day when I could honestly write that, but here we are. My brother’s broccoli and cabbage looked really tasty. I should have gone for a run, I didn’t not feel like it.
